Start your enrollment:
Begin your journey with us by enrolling using the form below. You will receive an automated message telling you that your application has been received.

We will get in touch:
Once we've received your form we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to invite you to attend a Welcome Session. Please let us know if you can attend or if you need a different date. You must attend a Welcome Session before you are officially a student with us.

You're in!
Once you have attended your Welcome Session and are a student, you can book any course from our current timetable by simply contacting us.

Am I eligible to join in?
The courses are free and available to anyone over the age of 18 registered with a GP surgery, in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. People who attend include those who are working through their own mental health struggles, carers of such people and people who work in mental and physical health services and charities.

Individual Learning Plans
Add value to your time with us by co-developing an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). For questions about our ILP process, please contact us.
On your enrolment form, you can tell us if you would like to create an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) with us. We can help you discover your learning goals, and you can tell us if you would like any specific learning support.

We will contact you to book an ILP appointment. You can accept an appointment for one of the available times, or you can request a different time slot.

Your ILP appointment will last approximately 30 minutes and can be held online or via the phone. We can also arrange face-to-face appointments in some locations depending on availability.
