Enrol, Learn, Grow

Our courses are free and available to anyone over the age of 18 who lives in either Hampshire or the Isle of Wight. Anyone is welcome. Courses might be useful for those who are working through their own mental health recovery, carers and families, and people who work across the health and care sector. They are also open to anyone who is interested in learning and understanding more about mental health and wellbeing.

It was great, everybody got a chance to share. It wasn't rushed. Think everyone felt heard and it was nice to share.

I found the session comfortably engaging, especially between fellow service users. Our group discussions allowed us to share our life experiences and learn from each other through them. Thanks to the group discussions during this session, I felt like I was starting to relate to people better, even though we were communicating via Zoom video chat.

The accounts of different people in the call were relatable and helped me feel better about myself.
